Mr. Salgare, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the proposal is already submitted seeking approval of the persons who are taken on aided post from unaided. No decision is taken on it as yet.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned A. G. P. submits that, in case proposal is pending, then authority will decide the same on its on merits and in accordance with law.

In case proposal submitted by petitioners (page - 81) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer
