PER COURT :

1) Vide the present applications, the applicant is seeking re-call of the order passed by this court on 17.11.15 whereby CA No. 14/2015 stood dismissed for want of prosecution.

2) The learned counsel submits that on 17.11.2015, due to personal difficulty he could not attend the Court and as such, the Civil Applications were dismissed in default vide the

impugned order. The learned counsel further submitted that the appellant/applicant will serve Respondent No.3 expeditiously.

3) The learned AGP has opposed the contentions so raised on behalf of the appellant/applicant.

4) In view of the submission made on behalf of learned Counsel appearing for the appellant/applicant that for some personal reasons, he could not attend the matter on 17.11.2015 and in view of his further undertaking that the appellant will take necessary steps in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the order dated 17.11.2015 stands re-called and the Civil Applications seeking restoration of the appeals stand restored.

5) The respective Civil Applications stand disposed of.
