I do not find any substance in this writ petition. Even though the petitioner-plaintiff has produced on record a map prepared by the T.I.L.R. after measurement in respect of suit land, the petitioner filed application Exh.60 for re-measurement of suit land again. In the measurement map, which is already produced on record, the T.I.L.R. has specifically shown that the owner of the land of Gat number No.2 made encroachment over suit land to the extent of 20 R. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to entertain the application for remeasurement again seeking specification of encroachment by each of the defendants in the said encroached portion of the suit land. The learned Judge of the trial court has rightly rejected application Exh.60. Writ petition is accordingly hereby dismissed. No costs. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
