PER COURT :- 1.

The original Petitioner who was an employee of Respondent No.4, has passed away. His legal heirs are before the Court. The Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, has delivered a judgment. The employer has not filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority and the decision of the Controlling Authority is rendered final.

The only request put forth in this petition is to issue directions to Respondent No.2/Collector to ensure that RRC is executed. RRC is annexed at Exhibit "C" in this Petition which indicates recovery of certain sum towards unpaid gratuity amount. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off

wp3255.23 -2with the direction to Respondent Nos 2 and 3 to ensure that the RRC is executed, on or before 31.7.2023. A report of compliance of this order would be tendered by Respondent No.2 before this Court, within two weeks from the date of execution of the RRC or from 31.7.2023, whichever is earlier.
