The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are restricting the present writ petition to the extent of prayer clause (B) as petitioners have given representation on 11.11.2021 to respondent No. 2 3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 4.

In case, the representation of the petitioners (page no. 75) is pending with respondent No. 2 and if respondent No. 2 is competent to
