1] The petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.09.2023 passed by the respondent no. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer, Beed.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent - State.

3] The learned AGP submits that remedy of appeal is available to challenge the impugned order. 4] In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail remedy of appeal before the appropriate authority.

13882.23WP 5] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vehicle of the petitioner is detained from 16th July, 2023 and that no purpose would be served by detaining the vehicle of the petitioner for a long period.

6] In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to move application for release of the vehicle before the Appellate Authority. In the event, such application is filed by the petitioner for release of the vehicle, the concerned authority to decide the same within two [02] weeks from the date of receipt of this order, taking into consideration all relevant laws.
