We have perused the reasons set out by the learned Trial Court vide his communication dated 11.05.2021. The reasons convince us that the extension by six months needs to be granted. 3.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court shall decide RCC No.76/2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.11.2021. Any adjournment motion on unreasonable ground shall be refused.
