The Petitioner desires that the pending Revision Application No.5 of 2022 filed by Respondent No.4, be decided within a time frame, since it is more than one and half years that the proceedings are pending.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Since the Petitioner only prays for a direction that Respondent No.1 should decide the pending revision, expeditiously. The first Respondent would follow the due procedure laid down in law and after granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the litigants involved in the said Revision, would endeavor to decide the said proceeding within 120 days.
