PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The convict in Sessions Case No. 191/2013 has preferred the present application seeking bail during pendency of the criminal appeal filed by him challenging the said order of conviction.

2) The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 201 of IPC. It is contended that the convict applicant himself has approached the police station and disclosed that he has killed his wife and buried her at the place disclosed by him. According to the learned Counsel, this circumstance is worth considering for granting bail to the applicant. However BDV
