By these applications, the applicant/original informant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of original accused No.2 and 4.

The applicant has lodged First Information Report in question against four accused persons alleging that he was assaulted by accused persons with knife, tommy etc. Bhagyawant Punde

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State. 3.

Role attributed to the accused No. 2 and 4 is that they along with other accused persons caught hold of the informant and gave him fist blows. Assault by deadly weapons is attributed to other accused persons. In that view of the matter, no case is made out by the applicant for cancellation of bail. The application is therefore rejected.
