Mr. Patil, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The basic cause is the complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. The conviction order passed by the learned Magistrate was challenged before the Sessions Court. The matter has been settled in Lok Adalat and vide order dated 12.03.2022 passed by the panel of the Lok Adalat, the conviction order dated 19.08.2019 passed in Summary Criminal Case No. 605/2012 has been set aside. The copy of the order dated 12.03.2022 has been placed on record. It is marked as 'X' for identification. 2.

In pending appeal, the petitioner was directed by the Sessions Court to deposit certain amount. The said order has been assailed in the present
