The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Bailiff report states that respondent no.8 is not found. According to him, the address in the cause title is the last known address. Learned Counsel submits that petitioner be allowed to serve respondent no.8 by paper proclamation notice.

The petitioner shall serve respondent no.8 by paper proclamation service I..e. by paper proclamation in daily 'Lokmat'. C.A. Disposed of.
