It is submitted that the revision filed by the petitioners is pending before the respondent No. 1 since the year 2016 (page no. 18). The same is not yet decided.

On one hand revision is not decided and on another hand the Tahsildar is issued notice calling upon the submissions from the petitioners.

In view of the fact that, the revision filed by the petitioners is still pending as contended by the petitioners and that since 22.11.2018 the

The respondent No. 1 shall decide the revision filed by the petitioners (page no. 18) expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Till the revision is decided by the respondent No. 1, the order directing to maintain status quo passed on 22.11.2018 shall continue. 6.

Needless to state that, further steps shall be undertaken pursuant to the decision that would be taken by the authority in the revision. 7.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
