The learned Registrar (Judicial) refused registration of the Writ Petition since the objections were not removed despite repeatedly granting opportunities.

The delay is of 150 days.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the Petitioner and the learned A.G.P. The Writ Petition was at pre-notice stage.

Considering the reasons cited and the fact that the delay is not too large, the Civil Application is allowed, on the following conditions:- a) The office objections shall be removed within two weeks. b) On compliance of the above, the Writ Petition shall stand restored and shall be registered.
