Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the appeal. Learned counsel for the respondents/original claimants records no objection for the same.

He, however, seeks transfer of the amount deposited in this Court to the Tribunal with further liberty to the claimants to withdraw the same before the Tribunal. Learned counsel for the appellant records no objection for the same.

In view of the above, appeal stand disposed of as withdrawn 26-FA-2605-2018.odt

amount deposited by the appellant in this Court be transferred to the Tribunal for disbursement in terms of the original award. 4.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the rules. 5.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 6.

The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 7.
