Mr. Taur, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the encroachment of the petitioners on gairan land is already regularized by the respondent authorities, however, their names are not taken on 7/12 extract.

The petitioners may file application before the revenue authorities and upon receipt of such an application the revenue authorities shall take decision on the same, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
