The learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned counsel for respondents No. 3 and 4 accept and agree that the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court delivered in Writ Petition No. 13481 of 2017 dt. 28th June, 2018. The petitioner completes 12 years of service on 02.07.2015 and 45 years of age on 22.10.2013. The petitioner will be entitled for the benefit of first ACPS on 02.07.2015 on completion of 12 years of service.

The respondents shall grant the ACPS benefit to the petitioner as directed above within a period of six months from today. The impugned communication is accordingly quashed and set aside.
