DATE : 24th NOVEMBER, 2020 PER COURT :- This is yet another civil application filed for clarification of order dated 08-06-2018. The applicants are not party to the writ petition. It appears that similar request had been made on behalf of one Zulekhabai Vali Mohamad Unani Medical College and Hospital through its Secretary in Civil Application No. 14370 of 2019. The Court in the said application has observed as under :- 1.

The Civil Application is filed for clarification of the order dated 18th June 2018. The applicant is not a party to the Writ Petition.

Perusal of the order dated 18th June 2018 does not show any ambiguity. In that light of the matter, the Civil Application is disposed of. 3.

The applicant may take steps as may be permissible under law.

There is no significant change in the circumstances except this is a different college. We follow the same course as already had been adopted by this Court.
