2] Learned counsel for the applicants files on record in Civil Application No.11302 or 2014, a true copy of the order passed by the Division bench in the companion matter i.e. Civil Application no.2104 of 2014 dated 27th June, 2014. It would show that the Division Bench has condoned the delay 960 days in filing the appeal.

Delay is condoned on the condition that the applicants/ appellants shall file an undertaking within eight weeks in each application, that in case the appeals are allowed and the amount of compensation is enhanced, the applicants/appellants would not claim the statutory interest for the delayed period.
