The learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the order passed in the case of Bhaven Construction Through Authorised Signatory Premjibhai K. Shah Vs. Executive Engineer Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd. & Anr. in Civil Appeal No.14665 of 2015, dated 06.01.2021 and submits that the petitioner will raise all the grounds in an application under Section 34 of the Act instead of invoking the writ jurisdiction of this court; as all the objections can be taken up there.

Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to raise all objections in an application under Section 34 of the Act, if, available in law and, if, such occasion arises.
