The original defendants have preferred this writ petition against the order of issuance of temporary injunction by the trial court and also confirmed by the District Court in appeal. 2.

During pendency of this writ petition, this court, by order dated 20.12.2013 directed the parties to maintain status quo as on the date of the said order.

In view of above, this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the trial court to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible, in time bound manner and till then the order of status quo, as passed by this Court shall remain in operation. Learned counsel appearing for the parties also accepted this position.

In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that the trial court shall dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.370 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and till disposal of the suit, the parties shall maintain status quo, as directed by this court by order dated 20.12.2013.
