Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amounts of Rs.15,16,488/- and Rs. 6,71,930/- alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date 2.

The appeal is already disposed of and this Court reduced the compensation amount granted by the learned Tribunal to some extent. There is no doubt that the aforesaid amounts are lying with this Court as deposited by the Insurance Company. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amounts alongwith respective interest accrued thereon till date as directed by this Court i.e. in equal proportion.
