This is motion for speaking to minutes filed by the appellant, to add words "settled and" in para 2 before the last word "withdrawn" in the order dated 12th December 2018. 2.

Mr.Rajendra Sanap, learned Counsel holding for Mr. A.R. Kharat, submits that the claimant has no objection if the word "settled and" are added in para 2 of the order. 3.

Thus, it appears that the dispute is settled in between the claimants and Acquiring Body. Therefore, in para 2, line No.2 of the order before the word "withdrawn", the words "settled and" be added. 4.

In the title clause, instead of the name of Smt. Asha Rakh, the name of A.R. Kharat Advocate be substituted. 5.

After making necessary correction, order be uploaded. 6.

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
