Heard learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 23 days caused in filing Appeal.

Mr. Bajaj, learned Advocate appearing for respondents vehemently opposes application contending that reasons as stated are not sufficient to condone the delay.

However, Mr. Kasliwal, learned Advocate points out that delay is not intentional and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents.

Looking to the length of delay and reasons as stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, following order:
ORDER
a.
Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B). b.
Delay of 23 days caused in filing Appeal is hereby condoned.
