Learned counsel for applicant as well as learned AGP are unanimous in stating that in connected appeals, by order dated 10th April, 2015, this Court has permitted withdrawal of the amount under the award deposited by the State. Hence, for the reasons stated In the application, as well as in view of the order dated 10th April, 2015, passed in Civil Application No. 4294 of 2015, the application is allowed on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 10th April, 2015. 2] Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing an undertaking that in case appeals of the State are allowed, they shall indemnity the State. Such undertaking, which is a condition precedent, shall be furnished within a period of 4 weeks from today. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
