The learned AGP tenders across the Bar a copy of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Punbajrao s/o.

Since the point involved in the present Writ Petition is no more res-integra and is squarely covered by the judgment of the Division Bench in the case of Punbajrao s/o. Shrihari Wadje Patil (supra), we are not inclined to interfere in exercise of Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Government to raise grievance.
