The petitioner, the original opponent in the dispute filed by the respondent No.1 - Society in the Co-operative Court, states that the loan obtained by him from the Society has been repaid and the Society has issued him a 'No Dues' certificate on 07/10/2021. The said certificate is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In the wake of the aforesaid development, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not desirous to proceeding with the writ petition and seeks withdrawal of the same.
