The application is filed for relaxation of condition imposed by this Court in Criminal Application No.2369 of 2012. The application has prayed for relaxing the condition as wants to enter Ahmednagar district. Both the sides are heard.

This Court has seen the order made by this Court on 18th June, 2012. This Court has prevented the applicant from entering the village where the incident took place and this Court had not directed that the Applicant should be prevented from entering

-:(2):- Ahmednagar district itself. So, the applicant is permitted to enter Ahmednagar district. He is not to enter the village where the incident took place. Application is disposed of accordingly.
