This application is for condonation of delay of 229 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 16/09/2017 passed in MACP No. 301/2010.

The applicant claims that on account of administrative reasons the appeal could not be preferred in time. In spite of service of notice, respondents have failed to appear which indicates that they have no inclination to oppose the application. No malafides can be attributed the applicant in not preferring the appeal in time. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Appeal be registered. (R. M.
