In view of this, ad-interim stay to the effect, execution and implementation of the order dated 18.11.2011 passed by the Ld. District Judge-2, Beed in LAR Nos.291/2010, 288/2010, 290/2010, 289/2010 is granted on condition that, the applicants shall deposit the entire amount covered under the award alongwith interest, in this Court, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today, failing which stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without back reference to the Court.
