Considering the above, the reasons set out in the Civil Application and the view taken by the Honourable Supreme Court in the matter of Collector, Land Acquisition Anantnag and another Vs. Mst. Katiji and others [(1987) 2 SCC 107], these applications are allowed. Delay caused is condoned.

The review petitions filed by the applicant be registered and be posted and posted for hearing on 23.1.2017.
