Learned advocate Mr. Bachate for the respondent no. 5 submits that as per the directions of the Court, after resorting to calculations a sum in the aggregate of Rs. 7,37,864/- is ready to be paid to the petitioner, which is in the form of an account payee cheque drawn in the name of petitioner. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is present and receives the cheque.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has his own reservations about the calculations made by the respondent no. 5. He submits that the petitioner will resort to appropriate remedy if at all there is some difference still to be recovered. 4.

In view of such statement, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that it would always be open for the petitioner to resort to appropriate remedy if he is not aggreable with the quantum of payment, being the difference.
