By filing afÏdavit-in-reply, learned advocate for respondents No. 2 to 4 have contended that the order is complied with. Learned advocate for petitioner, however, disputes the payments made to him, stating that 50% of the salary is paid to him. When he was entitled for basic salary of Rs.25,780/-, the same is reduced to Rs.16,250/-.

Learned advocate for respondents No. 2 to 4 submits that as total 16 teachers including present petitioner failed to get ME degree or failed to pass NET/SET examination, their salary was reduced as per the University norms.
