The learned counsel for the applicants submits that two connected matters were already restored on record upon imposition of costs of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to the Bar Library.

In the circumstances, the present applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (D) of the applications, on the condition that the applicants deposit costs of Rs. 1000/- each in both applications

ca1663-15 with the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
