The learned advocate for the applicant was heard at length. There is suicide note left behind by the deceased, narrating therein as to how this applicant and the co-accused had made his life miserable. One of them was police constable. The deceased has narrated all his woes therein. In our view, the averments in the suicide note are sufficient to proceed against the applicant. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, withdraws this application. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
