Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0971/2024, dated 23/10/2024, registered at Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 132, 118(1), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3.
This Court, by its order dated 21/11/2024, granted interim protection to the applicant. In paragraph 3, it is observed as follows :- "Prima facie, it appears that the accused, Sharad Argade, assaulted the informant with an iron rod, while the co-accused, Govardhan Nivrutti Argade, assaulted the informant with a stick. The co-accused, Govardhan Nivrutti Argade, was granted anticipatory bail in Bail Application No. 325/2024 by an order dated 06/11/2024. There is only one injury caused by the iron rod."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, thereafter, the applicant cooperated with the investigation and that his further custody is 1 of
968 ABA 1961-2024 not required. For the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the order dated 21/11/2024, the interim protection granted is hereby confirmed. 5.
In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms : - i] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with No.0971/2024, dated 23/10/2024, registered at Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 132, 118(1), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
ii] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 6.
In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are 2 of
968 ABA 1961-2024 limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 8.
The application stands disposed of.
