These are applications for condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the Award of the learned Reference Court enhancing the compensation. These applications are filed by the State. 2.
Heard Smt. S.S. Raut, learned A.G.P. appearing for the Applicant/State and Mr. Manoj Daund, learned counsel holding for counsel Mr. C.K. Shinde for Non-Applicant nos.1 and 3 in all these matters. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of Non-Applicants in all these matters.

According to the learned A.G.P., the delay occasioned was bonafide and due to procedural formalities. Shri Manoj Daund, learned counsel for the Respondents submitted that the delay is not properly explained, and therefore, the applications deserve to be rejected. 4.
The averments in the applications are not countered by filing affidavit. Perusal of the applications reflect that sufficient cause is made out by the Applicants for condonation of delay. Hence, all applications for condonation of delay are allowed.
