DATE : 7th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER This application is filed by appellant/applicant seeking an order of injunction against respondents No.1 and 2, restraining them from withdrawing amount of compensation, as the land is under acquisition for some public project.

In my opinion, looking to the prayer made in the application and having regard to the fact that applicant has already approached the Land Acquisition Authority, the application at this stage, is not
