PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant has moved the matter for granting stay to the operation and implementation of the judgment delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No.4045 of 2005. According to us, the time schedule in respect of the proposed action is provided in paragraph No.28 of the order and the commencement of the work of demolition subject to compliance of other directives contained in the said paragraph is expected to commence after more than three and half months. The applicant (original respondent No.5) is directed to deposit sum of Rs.15,00,000/- with the Commissioner.

We grant, on consideration of contentions raised by the applicant, further four weeks' extension in respect of deposit of amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- to the applicant / original respondent No.5, over and above the period specified by the Division Bench in the aforesaid order. 3.

Motion disposed of.
