This Court, while granting bail to the applicant vide order dated 17.01.2025, in para 21, has directed learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dhule to submit progress report of trial on 1st day of each month. In compliance of the said directions, progress report dated 03.03.2025 seems to have been received from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dhule. 2.

Perused the report. Henceforth, in stead of submitting progress report of trial on 1st day of each month, learned Sessions Judge/trial Judge, who is seized with the matter, to furnish report quarterly, i.e. after every three months, conveying the progress of trial, till its conclusion.
