Advocate Mr Solanke, holding for Advocate Mr Anand Wange, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition is in respect of challenge to the order dated 27/10/2016 passed on application under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure. It is stated that both the civil suits i.e. Regular Civil Suit No.41/2016 and Regular Civil Suit No.11/2016 are dismissed and the instant petition has thus become infructuous.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
