C. :- 1] Mr. Ameet Wangikar has filed affidavit in reply on behalf of respondents, stating that the respondents are in process of declaring results of students of petitioner's institution admitted during academic year 2016-17, subject to outcome of W.P. Nos. 5194 of 2011, 4254 of 2016 and 10459 of 2021.

2] In view of the categorical statement made on affirmation, the prayer clause (B) of civil application No.14016 of 2021 has been worked out and no further orders in that behalf are necessary. We, however, make it clear that, the applicants and the students who would get benefit of orders passed err to this, shall not claim any equity in the matter at the time of decision of the connected writ petitions.
