By this petition, petitioner challenges order dated 15.11.2022 passed by the 2nd Jt. Civil Judge Junior Division, Osmanabad on application at Exh. 63, 103 and 105 issuing possession and direct availability of Police protection to the relief for delivery of possession of the land in pursuance with the decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 37/1983. By separate order, I have already dismissed Writ Petition No. 12448/2022. In that view of the matter, the order dated 15.11.2022 passed on Exh. 63, 103 and 105 cannot be faulted with. 2.

The writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed without any orders as to costs.
