Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Counsel appearing for Respondents.

The challenge raised in this Writ Petition is to the notice of hearing by which the petitioner has been called upon to participate in the proceedings initiated by the Wakf Board.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by subsequent communication dated 11.08.2025, the earlier notice of hearing which is impugned in this Writ Petition has been revoked. He further submits that even the scheme submitted by the petitioners has also been accepted by Wakf Board by an order dated 25.08.2025. Learned Counsel for the petitioner therefore submits that in the light of these Narwade/

The documents with regard to the revocation of the notice impugned and the subsequent order passed by the Wakf Board dated 25.08.2025 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 5.
