DATE : OCTOBER 17, 2018 PER COURT Mr.Nagode, the learned Advocate for respondent nos.3 to 5, on instructions of the Secretary of respondent no.3 namely, Shankarrao Kisanrao Nalkande, who is present in the Court, states that the petitioner would be accommodated on the post of the Assistant Teacher, which is vacant from 31.05.2017, and wound send a proposal to the Education Officer for approval thereof.

The statement made by the learned Advocate for respondent no.3 is accepted.

Upon receipt of the proposal for approval, the Education Officer shall decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within three months from receipt thereof. 4.

In view of the statement made on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 5, Mr.Golewar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, states that the petitioner does not press the remaining prayers. 5.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In case, the approval is not granted by the Education Officer, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the same.
