We have heard Mr. Bolkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2.

The grievance is that even after the orders of the Appellate Court remanding the matter to the Sub Divisional Officer, the Sub Divisional Officer has not decided the application of the petitioner for issuance of the caste certificate. According to the petitioner, there are five validity certificates in the family of the petitioner from the paternal side. He submits that the Sub Divisional Officer is seeking for a fresh documents. The documents are already submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer.

The Sub Divisional Officer shall decide the application of the petitioner on the basis of the documents submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and shall consider all the relevant aspects of the matter. The same shall be decided within four weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
