This civil application is filed for restoration of Second Appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

Advocate Mr. Mujtaba Gulam Mustafa appearing for the respondents fairly states that he does not have any objection if the Second Appeal is restored but he states that the matter be taken up on urgent basis for hearing on merits.

In view of the same, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
