31.07.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceedings is pending since the year 2014. The vigilance is also conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report, however it is not yet decided.

Considering the above we pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably before 23.08.2019.

ii) The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.08.2019. iii) Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
