1] The present Civil Application is filed to quash and set aside the order dated 15.02.2022 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court by condoning delay of 601 days in filing the present Civil Application. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier Advocate was no more working in the panel and inadvertently he missed the matter.

3] In view of the same, the order dated 15.02.2022 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] is quashed and set aside. Delay is condoned. First Appeal is restored to it's original position.

13298.23CA 4] The applicant - appellant to remove office objections within a period of six weeks. In the event, objections are not removed within aforesaid period, the order dated 15.02.2022 of the Registrar would stand restored.
