It is contended that the petitioners were receiving the benefit of advance increment and the same has been stopped w.e.f. 06.09.2017. 2.
The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the petitioners may file a comprehensive representation within 15 days and the Zilla Parishad would consider the same within 45 days. khs/August 2022/8502

In view of the above, WP No.8502/2022 is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate representation addressed to respondent No.5, within 15 days from today. The Zilla Parishad would consider the said representation and decide the same by relying upon the record available and in the light of the contentions of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 10.10.2022.

In so far as WP No.8550/2022 is concerned, the learned Advocate submits that the petitioner would make an appropriate representation to the Zilla Parishad since there is no specific order passed by the Zilla Parishad granting him the increment. His confidential reports are excellent.

In view of the above, WP No.8550/2022 is disposed off. If the petitioner tenders a representation within 15 days, the Zilla Parishad would consider the same on it'
s own merits and as per the available record, on or before 10.10.2022.
